Rosalind, a seasoned professional with over a decade in the utilities sector, founded Innovex in 2017 with a singular goal: to enhance pipe installation safety and efficiency through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Her journey into Innovex stemmed from her extensive background in construction equipment and her drive to tackle industry challenges head-on. “I dedicated 14 years of my career to the trenchless industry, where I developed a deep passion for improving the safety and efficiency of underground pipe installation,” Rosalind explains passionately. 

Her commitment led to the development of the 180mm Pipe Pusher, designed to accommodate various coil sizes. This innovation addresses the unique challenges faced by operatives in confined and hazardous underground environments, setting new benchmarks for workplace safety in trenchless operations.

Manual handling eliminated entirely

Unlike traditional methods, Innovex offers an integrated system where excavator operators can seamlessly connect pipes from coil trailers to the main host within excavation sites. Manual handling is eliminated entirely, enhancing efficiency and safety. 

The pipe pusher includes a sophisticated safety stop mechanism within its hydraulic system, crucial for protecting polyethylene pipes during installation. Striking a delicate balance between being sufficiently tight for secure handling and precisely controlled to prevent any potential damage, the pipe pusher maintains an optimal grip on the pipe. This precision control also contributes to the longevity and reliability of the entire pipeline system. “Automating the process enhances productivity, ensures precise installation, and minimizes errors and potential damage to pipes,” Rosalind emphasizes.
